Who we are

Founded in 2015, Verdant is an independent, family-run online garden retailer based in the Cotswolds. We focus on quality products, fair prices and practical, down-to-earth service. Gardening should feel effortless, uplifting and accessible to everyone.

We stock a carefully curated range of tools, supplies, and accessories from trusted names like Burgon & Ball, Empathy, Esschert Design, Hotbin, Ivyline, Maze and Wildlife World. We select every product for its quality, performance and value — because we only sell what we’d happily use ourselves.

Keeping gardening affordable

Without the overheads of a physical shop, we keep our prices competitive. That means more people can access well-made, long-lasting products without overpaying.

Sustainability in practice

Sustainability isn’t just a label, it’s part of how we work. We use biodegradable packaging, partner with carbon-neutral couriers and support UK-based reforestation projects.

In 2023, we teamed up with Ecologi, a certified B Corporation, to contribute 1% of every sale toward tree planting in the UK.
